Located near Quail Lake with beautiful views of the Front Range, Wheelhouse features 21 privately owned, customizable luxury garage suites designed for much more than simply storing vehicles. These impressive spaces offer the opportunity to create personalized automotive retreats, complete with options for mezzanines, lounges, kitchens, and entertaining areas. The units are zoned for both commerical and residential use, so you can make your dream of living in a "man cave" come true!
