Alpine Mountain Region – September Membership Meeting
A Special Evening at Dave Jenkins’ Garage
Wednesday, September 16th
6:00 to 8:30 pm
Manitou Springs, CO (directions will be sent to those who register)
This is truly a special membership meeting that you do not want to miss. Dave Jenkins has graciously invited the Alpine Mountain Region Porsche Club to hold its meeting at his house and view his unique and meaningful collection of cars. Here are just a few of the cars that will be on display:
> Porsche 959 Sport - one of only 6 ever built
> Porsche Abarth Carrera - one of 21 built.
> Porsche 928 GTS - the last of the line
> Porsche 904 – one the most beautiful Porsche ever built
> Porsche 906 - one of 65 produced.
> Porsche 908/3 Spyder - one of nine ever built.
> Porsche 356 Speedster - one of the first 5 ever built.
> Porsche 550 Spyder - similar to James Dean's car
Because of limited space, this meeting will be limited to the first 40 cars and/or 80 people. Prior registration is required via this website. The registration fee of $40 per person includes a buffet dinner of Flat Iron Steak, Tequila Lime Chicken, Rosemary Roasted Red Potatoes, Pueblo Coleslaw, Manitou Salad, Seasonal Vegetables and Pine Nut Franchipan Tart along with wine, beer, soft drinks and water.

Event requirements
Be aware that parking for this event will be at the Iron Springs Chateau Theatre (444 Ruxton in Manitou Springs - next to the Pikes Peak Cog Rail). Look for the reserved spaces designated for PCA members. A short walk up the hill will be required to get to Mr. Jenkins' Garage. For those unable to make the walk a shuttle bus (Sheri's Toyota Sequoia SUV) will be available. When arriving at the parking location, just mention that you are with the Porsche Club of America.
