Welcome to the 8th annual Hero Fund America Tour for First Responders. This years ADK Tour will begin in Schroon Lake, NY on Friday, June 7 and will include a meet and greet cocktail party at The Lodge at Schroon Lake. The Tour will officially begin on Saturday morning, June 8 and include a lunch stop at the Wild Center in Tupper Lake, NY. We will travel a bit further on Saturday afternoon & settle in for an overnight stay & dinner at the Long View Lodge in Long Lake, NY. After our breakfast meeting Sunday morning, we will continue throughout the extraordinary Adirondack Park on more "roads less traveled" and conclude the Tour with an early afternoon lunch and awards ceremony at Great Pines in Old Forge, NY. This exquisite 2 day adventure will check all of your boxes for a relaxing, scenic & somewhat noncompetitive (!) food/drink filled weekend supporting those serving in emergency services: our firefighters, EMT's, paramedics and law enforcement agencies. Event requirements
Registration fee: $249 for driver/co-driver and includes cocktail reception Friday, June 7, lunch on day one, t-shirts for 2 and window clings. A valid drivers license is required. The Tour is not a race, although we do offer a trophy for the best overall mileage/time combined, along with a highly sought after goody basket for the biggest fundraising team (more surprises to come!) Please note: overnight accommodations and dinners are not included in the registration fee.
