Entry fees paid online will be charged to your card on July 15, 2026. Entries received after July 15th will have a late fee applied and payments will be processed immediately.

Please note that you will not be allowed into the Park before Thursday July 23 at 5:30pm if you have registered for the Test Day. If you are not registered for the Test Day, you may not be allowed into the Park until you have signed in for the event. Registration for the event may be open earlier than the posted time.

Please be respectful to the Gate Staff.

When registering at the event you need to present:

your competition license
an executed electronic waiver (the CASC annual waiver located at https://casc.speedwaiver.com)

Ensure that your crew members or guests are correctly listed - only those crew members and guests listed will be given a credential (wristband). Please inform your crew members that they may be asked for ID and proof of signing the CASC-OR 2026 Road Race Waiver when registering at the track.

Your entry will be verified and you'll be on your way.

Remember that you are responsible to ensure that

the emergency contact information on your MotorsportReg account is up to date
that you have correctly indicated whether that person will be at the track for the event
that you will update this information if it changes before participating in the event

REMEMBER: PASSES MAY ONLY BE PICKED UP IN PERSON DURING THE HOURS THAT REGISTRATION IS OPEN - PLEASE ENSURE THAT EVERYONE WHO WILL BE PICKING UP PASSES ARE AWARE!

Registration hours (to be confirmed at a later date):
Friday: 4:00pm - 8:00pm
Saturday: 7:00am - Noon
Sunday: 7:30am - 11:00am

Test Day Information:
There is a Test Day on Friday July 25 which is run by Canadian Tire Motorsport Park. For any information regarding the Test Day, please contact: info@ctmpark.com
