NEWS NEWS NEWS NEWS
Hello VMF-8 Racers, Safety Crew and Family,
We hope you and your family are well. All of us certainly have faced great challenges over the past year. We look forward to getting back to racing at Thompson this year. The VMF-8 will be great and we will once again be partnering with the VSCCA. We will keep an eye on the COVID guidelines and try to do a dinner or Bar-B-Q. In order for this event to be viable we will need a strong car count so please try to join us and spread the word and encourage others to attend.
Again, the entire VRG team would like to thank-you for your loyalty. We look forward to seeing you at the track soon and wish all the best to you and your families.
Sincerely,
Mark
Mark E. Gunsalus
VRG Event Chairman, VMF8

Two days of racing (June 11 - 12) with an optional Test Day administered by TSMP (June 10). This event will again be co-santioned by VRG and the VSCCA. This event continues the tradition of celebrating Thompson's history on the 1.7 mile road course, one of the oldest closed circuit road courses in the United States.
The clubs will operate separate race groups and entrants will run with the club with which they register. Dinner or Bar-B-Q will be added if COVID guidelines allow and we have a solid car count.
