25 hours of Thunderhill Test Days and Load-In

25 hours of Thunderhill Testing and Load-In Menu:

Wednesday early load-in - $500
Thursday early load-in (NOT REQUIRED OF TEAMS TESTING ON THURSDAY) - $200
Thursday Test Day 9am-6pm - $500 - Low Light Testing! Thursday Test is now ALL DAY
Friday Test Day 9am-4pm - $500 

Open testing on Thunderhill Raceway Park's 3-mile East course. Race prepared cars only. Driver and vehicle safety equipment required in accordance with NASA rules. 

All vehicles must have a muffler and meet 99db at 75 ft sound limit 

All fuel used during testing and the race weekend must be purchased through Thunderhill - Please email Matt@thunderhill.com with expected fuel usage with grade and amount - THIS IS IMPORTANT SO WE CAN ENSURE ENOUGH FUEL IS ON SITE FOR THE EVENT. 

Schedule
Wednesday 
7am - Load-in for pre-paid early registration only 
5:30pm - Load-in for pre-paid Thursday registration or teams registered for the test day 

Thursday
7am - Load-in for pre-paid early registration and test day participants
7am - Registration opens at the Pro-Shop - all drivers must have a wristband to enter track, team captains (the person who completed online registration) must be present to check-in late arriving drivers
9am - Track Hot for registered teams
12pm - Lunch
1pm - Track Hot for registered teams 
5:30pm - Load-in for teams registered for Friday
6pm - Track Cold - Quiet hours begin 

Friday 
7am - Load-in begins, registration opens at Pro-Shop 
9am - Track hot for open test 
12pm - Lunch begins
1pm - Track hot for open test
4pm- Track cold for testing
4:15pm - NASA qualifying begins
6:00pm - Track Cold - Quiet hours begin
