About this event

2027 TRI-REGION FUN RUN

Arizona • Mountain • Las Vegas/Southern Utah PCA Regions

January 22-24, 2027

Three Regions. Great Roads. One Unforgettable Porsche Weekend.

Start 2027 with a very special PCA road trip as members of the PCA Arizona Region, PCA Mountain Region and PCA Las Vegas Region—including Southern Utah—come together for the 2027 Tri-Region Fun Run to Las Vegas!

Building on the success of our previous Vegas Fun Runs, this year's event expands the experience into a true three-region Porsche weekend combining great driving, spectacular scenery, a fun Friday-night gathering and an exclusive behind-the-scenes Saturday visit to the expanding Gaudin Campus.

And, just as in the past, we've deliberately left plenty of time to enjoy Las Vegas your way.

FRIDAY, JANUARY 22

Two Starting Points — One Destination

Arizona Region participants will depart Friday morning from the Phoenix area, while Mountain Region participants will depart from Prescott.

The two groups will rendezvous in Wikieup at Lucia's, providing an opportunity to meet our fellow PCA travelers, take a break and then continue on to  a quick lunch in Kingman, before completing the drive as two groups in Las Vegas.

Detailed departure locations, times, driver's meeting information and route instructions will be provided to registered participants before the event.

Friday Evening — Willkommen to Las Vegas!

Friday evening we'll officially kick off our Tri-Region weekend at Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas for a fun and lively group dinner.

Modeled after the legendary Hofbräuhaus in Munich, the Las Vegas Hofbräuhaus features traditional Bavarian cuisine, communal tables and live entertainment—the perfect setting to begin our Porsche weekend together.

As they have graciously done for our Club in the past, Hofbräuhaus has agreed to accommodate separate checks by couple whenever staffing and restaurant activity permit. While this cannot be guaranteed during particularly busy periods (and we may revert to one check per table), they will make every effort to accommodate our group. Each participant will be responsible for his or her own food and beverages.

There is no scavenger hunt this year. Instead, relax, reconnect with old friends, meet members from our other PCA Regions and enjoy a great evening together before Saturday's drive.

SATURDAY, JANUARY 23

Three Regions — One Spectacular Drive

Saturday morning is when all three PCA Regions come together.

Cars and participants from the Arizona, Mountain and Las Vegas/Southern Utah Regions will assemble for a spectacular morning Fun Run through the Lake Mead National Recreation Area and Valley of Fire State Park.

This is Porsche country.

Our route follows the highly successful drive from our previous Vegas Fun Run, including Lake Mead's Northshore Road. The National Park Service describes this nearly 50-mile stretch as the area's scenic route, winding through desert basins, rugged mountains and striking geological formations.

From there we'll experience Valley of Fire State Park, renowned for more than 40,000 acres of brilliant red Aztec sandstone surrounded by contrasting gray and tan limestone.

Great Porsches, winding roads, remarkable scenery—and members from three PCA Regions enjoying it together.

Early Saturday Afternoon — Las Vegas Your Way

Following the drive, participants will have time on their own for lunch and to enjoy Las Vegas before our exclusive afternoon Porsche experience.

Relax at your hotel, grab lunch with friends, explore the Strip or simply recharge.

Saturday Afternoon — An Exclusive Behind-the-Scenes Tour of the new Gaudin Classic Car Restoration facilities.

This promises to be one of the highlights of the entire weekend.

Our Arizona and Mountain Region participants will receive an exclusive, behind-the-scenes tour of the expanding Gaudin Campus, showcasing an extraordinary collection of Porsche-related operations across multiple facilities.

By January 2027, the Campus is expected to include its third warehouse, giving our group an opportunity to see an impressive Porsche ecosystem that extends well beyond the traditional dealership experience.

Our tour is expected to include:

  • Gaudin Classic — Sales & Vehicle Storage
  • Gaudin Classic — Service
  • Motorsports Enthusiasts — aftermarket and vehicle-enhancement operations, including PPF, tinting, upfitting and related services
  • The newest Gaudin Campus warehouse and facilities anticipated to be completed before our visit

This will be a fun, insider's look at the people, facilities and capabilities supporting Porsche ownership—from classic automobiles and specialized service to preservation, customization and enthusiast-oriented services.

The Gaudin Campus tour is exclusive to registered Arizona and Mountain Region participants and is limited to a maximum of 60 people (exclusively from the Arizona and Mountain Regions ONLY given space limitations).

Saturday Evening & Sunday — You're in Las Vegas on your own!

After our Gaudin experience, the evening is entirely yours.

Dinner with PCA friends, a show, gaming, shopping, entertainment or simply a relaxing evening—the choice is yours.

There is no formal Saturday-night program. Enjoy Las Vegas at your own pace.

WHERE SHOULD I STAY? - Wherever you want!

As with our 2023 Fun Run, there is no required event hotel or room block. Participants are free to select the Las Vegas accommodations that best fit their individual preferences and budget but must secure reservations by the END OF NOVEMBER AT THE LATEST.

The event organizers will be staying at Vdara Hotel & Spa, centrally located on the Strip adjacent to ARIA and near Bellagio. Vdara is an all-suite, non-gaming and smoke-free property, making it a convenient base for the weekend.

Participants wishing to stay on the Strip are encouraged to consider Vdara or another property in the same general area for convenience—but you are absolutely welcome to stay anywhere you choose.

Please make your hotel reservation and confirm your participation no later than November 15, 2026.

SUNDAY, JANUARY 24

Your Weekend — Your Schedule

There is no formal Sunday departure.

Enjoy breakfast, sleep in and then return to Phoenix, Prescott, Southern Utah or your respective community at your own pace.

Or don't leave at all!

Participants who would like another day—or several more days—of Las Vegas are encouraged to extend their stay and make a longer vacation of the weekend.

REGISTRATION IS LIMITED and your Hotel must be confirmed by November 30th at the latest— DON'T WAIT!

To keep the driving and special Gaudin experience manageable, participation from our two visiting Regions is intentionally limited:

PCA Arizona Region — Maximum 20 vehicles

PCA Mountain Region — Maximum 10 vehicles

Maximum Arizona/Mountain participation — 60 people

Once those allocations are filled, registration will close or move to a waitlist.

Register early and secure your Las Vegas hotel no later than November 15, 2026.

THREE REGIONS. ONE PASSION.

The 2027 Tri-Region Fun Run isn't simply a drive to Las Vegas.

It's an opportunity to bring together Porsche enthusiasts from Phoenix, Prescott, Las Vegas and Southern Utah for a weekend built around what PCA does best—great roads, remarkable cars, unique experiences and friendships that extend well beyond our individual Regions.

Come for the drive. Come for the Porsches. Stay for the people.

IMPORTANT

ALTHOUGH THIS IS A FREE EVENT, THERE WILL BE A $50.00 CHARGE APPLIED TO EACH REGISTRATION TO ENSURE WE DON'T OVERBOOK, OR CREATE A WAITLIST.

AFTER YOU ATTEND THE EVENT, THE $50.00 OVERCHARGE WILL IMMEDIATELY BE REFUNDED AUTOMATICALLY BY MSR.

Final meeting locations, departure times, route instructions, driver's meeting information, park requirements and the detailed weekend schedule will be distributed to registered participants before the event.

Participants are responsible for their own lodging, meals, fuel, park admission and other personal expenses unless specifically indicated otherwise. Event details and activities remain subject to change as final arrangements are completed.
