Northwoods Shelby Club: 2026 Annual TECH form

You must complete the TECH form in order to register for any of our track events. This form is good for one calendar year, 1/1/2026 to 12/31/2026. For those of you who do multiple events you need to complete this form only ONCE. If you have multiple cars enter each car in the "Car Information/Comments" section.

This is a "Self Tech".   This simply means it is your responsibility to bring a safe vehicle to the track.  If you dont feel comfortable teching your vehicle,  please feel free to take it to a qualified mechanic or service center and have them perform the tech inspection for you.

Event registrations will not be approved until the TECH form is completed.
