FORMULA PROTOTYPE SPRINTS 2026!
CASC-OR is pleased to announce FORMULA PROTOYPE SPRINTS for 2026. As the name of the series implies this is a specific series for those formula prototype cars that are capable of turning lap times at CTMP of 1:26 or quicker.
The Series will be run under the CASC-OR Race Regulations. The Race Regulations can be found on the CASC-OR website under Road Racing Rules.
The classes will be:
- Radical SR3 - All generations of Radical SR3 1340 meeting factory spec build.
- Prototype - Open - This will consist of any prototype/sports racer capable of sub 1:26 lap times at CTMP. We expect this to be the home of LMP3, Revolution, Radical SR10, SR3 1500's, SR3 modified, etc.
- Fomula - Open - This class will be for any Formula chassis capable of a Sub 1:26 lap time at CTMP. Chassis' will include Formula Renault, F4 (FIA spec), Formula Continental, Formula Atlantic, etc.
There will be specific "series races" on the following CASC-OR Regional Championship weekends:
- BEMC Spring Trophy: May 9- 10 at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park
- CASC-OR Touring Races: June 27 - 28 at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park
- OSCC Calabogie Summer Classic: August 22 - 23 at Calabogie Motorsport Park
- Celebration of Motorsport: October 3 - 4 at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park.

Event requirements
In order to be scored in the Series you must complete this registration form before May 9, 2026.
You do not have to register for the Series to register for the events. You will be eligible for event awards but not be scored in the Series points.
You must be a member of a CASC-OR affiliated Club and hold a valid recognized competition license as per the CASC-OR Race Regulations.
You and your car must comply with the 2026 CASC-OR Race Regulations (including the appendices).
