EMRA's Annual General Meeting - Saturday December 6, 2025

Open to all current EMRA Members.
Please register  to confirm your attendance and so we can provide enough snacks for those attending.

Registration closes December 5 at Midnight.

• Where: Edmonton Public Library, Strathcona (whyte ave) location. 8331 104 Street NW

  • Snacks will be served (so please RSVP so we have an accurate headcount for the food order - probably pizza)

  • Voting for the 2026 Executive will be done electronically using MotorsportReg. 
      Please have a phone/laptop/tablet with internet access/data to be able to vote for Executive directors via MotorsportReg. 
      Note: only members in good standing who are in attendance in person may vote.
