2025 Carolina Turkey Shootout at CMP Karting
Celebrate Thanksgiving weekend with kart sprint racing at CMP Karting! This event features an optional practice day on Friday November 28th, with sprint races on Saturday November 29th. All practice and race sessions will be running the full 0.7-mile layout.
Classes:
- Kid Kart (Ages 5-8, 200lb/215lbs)
- Cadet (255lbs)
- Junior (Ages 12-15, 320lbs)
- Sr Medium (365lbs)
- Sr Heavy (390lbs)
- Masters (390lbs)
- Legends (375lbs)
- Vintage (375lbs)
Entry Fees/Pricing:
- Friday Practice Day (optional) $75
- Friday Shootout Sr. 380 $90
- Saturday Race Entry $110
- Saturday Extra Class $85
- Paddock passes will be required for all non-racers ($20.00 per person) Entry is included for all racers.
- Premium Paddock Parking available ($30 per 20' x 60' reserved space)
- Transponder Rental available ($30 per event)
Facility/Parking/Camping:
Gates will open on Friday 11/28 at 10:00AM. Gates will close on Sunday 12/1 at 10:00AM.
Premium paddock parking is available, but not required, for $30 per spot (20' x 60'). Limited quantity available.
RV Sites can be reserved through CMP at https://carolinamotorsportspark.com/reservations
General camping is no charge.

Tire must be Vega VAH
Mandatory tech on Saturday morning
Mandatory fuel to be used will be 93 octane which is available on site (pay-at-the-pump station).
Minor Policy: If you are a driver under 18 years of age you must have a signed and notarized Minor Waiver Form completed. If you do not have this form completed, you will not be able to get into Carolina Motorsports Park and on track. Minor Annual Waiver.pdf
