Laps for Laguna---a Benefit for the Laguna Seca Raceway Foundation ( 105db Sound on Friday and Open Sound on Saturday & Sunday.)
An event created by CSRG and the Laguna Seca Raceway Foundation to raise money for LSRF. You will be walking on some hallowed ground. Names like Moss, Clark, Surtees, Gurney, McLaren, Hulme have graced the track & now you will get a chance to race where the greats have run & benefit a charity at the same time. A complimentary Saturday morning track breakfast before the drivers' meeting is included. A great racing experience is our aim---plus you will have Monterey and Carmel at your doorstep!
All CSRG-compliant cars (see Section III B, page 4, and Appendix A of the General Rules and Safety Regulations at <http://csrgracing.org/rulescsrg.html> for compliance requirements) are welcome, as are all drivers with current VMC member organization Medical Cards.
Special Guest Group to include Porsche Invitational. Special Guest Groups will have the same run-time as CSRG groups, 2 sessions on Saturday and 2 sessions on Sunday with an optional additional practice on Friday. The one difference is that the Special Guest Group optional Friday Practice sessions will be in the AM-only on Friday. The rest of CSRG will be running practice sessions in the PM-only. Special Guest Group entrants who have cars that are eligible for other CSRG classes are welcome to register in an additional class to achieve more runtime.
Special Guest Group entrants must have a valid competition license (PCA is allowed). All PCA Club Racing cars that meet 2024 PCA rule book requirements as well as any CSRG rules-compliant Porsche race cars are welcomed to enter.
Fees: CSRG requires all drivers be either a Full Racing Member of CSRG, or a Single-event Member. Our friends from other racing organizations may choose the Single-event Membership for $100, but we encourage you to consider joining CSRG as a Full Racing Member ($175/yr) and enjoy the full benefits of membership throughout the year. Full Racing Members of CSRG who haven't renewed their membership must renew at <csrg.motorsportsreg.com> before their race entry is processed.
FYI Registration is suspended at 6pm the Friday two weeks prior to the event. This allows for entries to be assigned run groups and the roster created; the board approves the roster; and, finally, Geoff Pitts sets the schedule so that, as much as possible, drivers with multi cars are not in back-to-back sessions.
Cancelation Policy: If your withdrawal is received in writing seven (7) or more days before the event, you may request a refund of your fees, less $100 processing charges. If your withdrawal request is received less than seven (7) days before the event, you may request a refund of your fees, less $200 processing charges. No refunds will be given once the driver has completed check-in whether that be the Friday or Saturday of a race event.

CSRG requires drivers to wear SNELL 2015 or later Certified Helmets.
PLEASE NOTE: We are eliminating duplicate car numbers and colors. Please be sure to include a second and third choice of number, as the assignments are first-come first-served.
