Late Summer drive through the winding roads of South Central Washington ending at Maryhill Winery for lunch. The day starts with an 8 am driver’s meeting at Peace/Love/Coffee in Grandview, WA just off I-82 exit 73. Last minute fuel is available at the Chevron across the street.
We will tour through Grandview south on Euclid Street - then over the Yakima River through the farm fields to Mabton town we go - where there will be a quick stop at the gas station to be sure everyone is together. Then the fun begins along Mabton-Bickleton Rd, giving drivers the chance to show their cornering and shifting skills to the top of Township Ridge. We will continue along at an appropriate speed to Bickleton, WA where we will break for 20 minutes to visit the Bluebird Inn and Market Street Café. If we are lucky the carousel museum will be open.
Next, it’s a good time to go into Sport Mode as we drive through the John Day Scenic Water Way West for views of Mts Adams, Hood, and Jefferson. The twists at Rock Creek canyon at mileposts 18 to 15 will challenge your Porsche’s PSM and we may pull off at the viewpoint for additional views. Once at Goldendale, WA (76 station) we will regroup and have a very short comfort break. Our final leg is south on US 97, splitting west on Hwy 14 to Maryhill Winery for an early lunch (estimated arrival 11 am).
After lunch, drivers are on their own. Consider visiting the Mayhill Museum / Lewis and Clark Overlook, or travel down to the Columbia River to Maryhill State Park. East on Hwy 14 is the Stonehenge Memorial. Safe travels back home and thank you for coming along!

Tour Requirements:
- Registration: Each car and driver must register with a separate MotorsportReg account.
- Cancelations and refunds: Cancelations accepted until September 12th. There are no advanced payments required for this tour.
- Car club membership: To participate you must be a current member of the PCA as of the date of the tour. Porsche owners who are not members may register with the tour chair and receive a special invitation on a case-by-case basis.
- Non-Porsches on the Tour: P-Cars only on this tour please
- Waiver signing for Adult participants and attendees: All drivers and passengers must sign the Liability waiver at the start point so find your group leader for the waiver sheet
- Age and driver's license restrictions: All drivers must be at least 18 years old and in possession of a valid US driver's license at the time of the Tour. A driving permit is not acceptable. For participants under 18 years old, at least one parent or legal guardian must also sign a separate waiver form (Minors as Observers Only). The parent or legal guardian must be present at the start point to sign the waiver in person.
