PACIFIC GRAND PRIX-WILD WEST-SOVREN SPRING SPRINTS

Event Description: 

UPDATE: Due to COVID-19 our original dates in April have been cancelled. We have rescheduled the race portion of our event to run in a joint event with NWR-SCCA May 22-25, 2020. 

 Test n Tune on Friday May 22 with ProFormance Race School. Contact the school to participate (253) 630-5130.

SCCA Practice, Qualifying 1, Timed Race, Qualifying 2, Distance Race on Saturday and Sunday Morning/early Afternoon.

SOVREN will have Practice/Qualifying Sunday Afternoon with 4 races each on Monday.

We are excited to announce that we have officially been approved by the State of Washington to conduct the Pacific Grand Prix in compliance with local COVID-19 Requirements as part of Washington’s Recreation Phase 1 & 2 opening. We are beyond enthused to get back to racing in a safe and health conscious manner and we can’t wait for the Northwest racing community to come together for the Pacific Grand Prix SCCA Majors / Regional featuring SOVREN Vintage Racing. In times like now, we are appreciative of the opportunity to host and organize this event and we hope you decide to support it as a driver, crew member, or volunteer. 

Important things to know:

•	No Spectators! Drivers, volunteers, and crew members only allowed in the paddock.
•	Parking and Paddocking will be orchestrated by NWR / SOVREN. We will try to accommodate your preference but we need your patience as we work to comply with COVID-19 social distancing policies.
•	Friday Test Day conducted by ProFormance Racing School. Call 253-630-5130 for details and to register as there will be no registration at the track the day of for the Test Day.

Most importantly we ask that we have your cooperation at the event. We will be sending out specific requirements and policies that we need everyone to abide by in order for us to host this event. This is important for the health and safety of all participants and for the health of our greater community and state. Things will be different but we will make the absolute best of it. We are all excited to get out to the track again, so let’s be appreciative and respectful of that opportunity.

 

The new price for the event is $375.00 Early Bird until  by May 11.

Then $475 until May 19th.

$525 May 20th - at track.

Note: Even when you pre-pay you MUST go to on-site registration to check in and receive your credentials for the event.

Early bird registration discount ends May 11th (weekend price $375). May 12-19 price is $475, May 20 and on $525 weekend.

Online Registration closes May 19th.  To register after that date, please contact SOVREN Registrar, Sherri Masterson.(after registration closes price from May 20th to-at track is $525)

Each race group will have multiple races during the weekend plus qualifying, plenty of track time to get rid of those winter blahs.
