About this event
For 2019, we will again offer tents for rent by regions in the paddock during the Tire Rack SCCA ProSolo Finale and Solo National Championship. There are limited quantities of each tent available on a first come first serve basis.
20’X30’ Pole Tent - Cost is $1000 and there are seven (7) tents available.
30’X30’ Pole Tent - Cost is $1,500 and there are two (2) tents available in this size.
For 2019 each member of the group that wishes to guarantee a spot with the group will be charged $10. This fee will be collected at the time of group/tent registration. A minimum of 5 in a group and a maximum of 40.
Payment is required at the time of registration. There are NO refunds or transfers in the event of cancellation.
City regulations state all rented tents MUST post a “no smoking” sign inside and NO cars are allowed under the tent.
All tents can be placed in a location the region/group desires with the exception of rows 1-6 where there are no tents allowed.
