Where – Burger King. 601 Highway 31 N W, Hartselle, AL 35640
Depart – 9:00 a.m.
Come join us, Saturday 6/23/18, on our next Driving Tour and Fun Run to Dismals Canyon followed by lunch at the Rattlesnake Saloon. We will meet in Hartselle, AL and take some fun roads through beautiful Bankhead National Forest on our way to Dismals Canyon. After Dismals we will make a short drive for a LATE lunch at Rattlesnake Saloon.
Dismals Canyon – (http://www.dismalscanyon.com/) located in Northwest Alabama - is an 85 acre Natural Conservatory privately owned and operated. It is not a State Park or National Park. However, it was designated a "National Natural Landmark" in 1975 by the National Natural Landmarks Program. There is a 1.5 mile hiking trail on the canyon floor that includes large boulders, waterfalls, and other natural beauty. Best of all there is no poison ivy or mosquitoes!!! Admission is $12 for adults, $8.75 for kids under 12, and $11 for adults over 60. Bring extra shoes just in case you get your feet a little dirty!!!
Rattlesnake Saloon – (https://www.rattlesnakesaloon.net/s) is located just a short drive from Dismals and will continue our outdoor theme and taking in natural beauty. The outdoor restaurant, located under a rock ledge, is one of the most unique dining experiences you’ll ever experience.
Minor Waiver Notice: We welcome and encourage participation of all ages. The national BMW CCA requires chapters to obtain a physical signature from a parent or legal guardian for all minor participants. The waiver may be signed onsite at the event. In the event a parent or legal guardian is not present at the event, please contact our event coordinator in advance of the event to obtain a waiver.

Bring your cameras, extra shoes (and a towel), and hand held radios if you have them.
