Seamless Qualifying: When possible Atlanta Region strives for “seamless” qualifying sessions with the race groups. After the checkered flag and the last car of the first Group exits the track, the staged Group will be released. Clean up will be after the every other Group. Any stranded cars from the initial Group will be covered by the appropriate flag(s) for the following session.

Event requirements
This being our first event of the year, please go to your ACCOUNT and GARAGE and make sure all the information is up to date to avoid complications. DRIVERS - double check your TRANSPONDER number!!
Payment is REQUIRED via credit card for On line Registration (PayPal payment is not accepted). The registration process is very intuitive since the system leads you through step by step. However, if you do have trouble with the registration website, MotorsportReg.com has a phone number listed at the bottom of every page. This company maintains a staffed office on weekdays - they ARE in California , so note the time difference when calling. Ordinary event registration questions can still be directed to the Region Office as always. Also, in your online 'account' your registrations will be listed ... including a link that allows you to go in and EDIT your registration if things change later. Please use it if you need it.
If you prefer to mail a check, you will have to register through Sharon Rollow by calling (770) 831-0277. Please restrict your calling time to between 10AM and 9PM (If you leave a message, leave day and nighttime phone numbers). You may also reach her via email at sharonrollow@comcast.net.

Late Fee Policy: Deadline for online entry for this event is Noon, Saturday, March 14. Payment MUST be received before an entry is considered official. Any entries (including driver changes) received after that date may be subject to a $150 late fee. Late entry opens 7:00 PM, Thursday, March 19. Full refunds will be given for no-shows, so there is NO penalty for registering as early as possible.
