Attending a cars and coffee event in our cherished Porsches is always a highlight of the weekend. Have you ever wanted to attend a cars and coffee but don't know when they occur or don't know where they're located? Have you been attending the same ones in San Diego and looking for something new? Have you been attending some local cars and coffees but wished there were other Porsche owners you could meet up with that shared your love for all things Porsches and arrive together at the event?

Well, here's your chance to try something new with your PCA SDR family. We're organizing a Porsche convoy to drive from San Diego to the Porsche Experience Center Los Angeles (PECLA) to attend the Morning Shift Cars & Coffee. PECLA's Morning Shift normally occurs on the 3rd Sunday of every month but for the month of June, PECLA is moving the event up a week to take part in the global celebration of the 75th anniversity of Porsche. PECLA will be featuring Paint to Sample cars but all Porsche models are invited to attend.

Once arrived and parked, everyone is free to walk around and check out the cars and meet new friends so please be sure to wear your PCA SDR gear and get your car washed and ready the night before. The convoy officially ends upon arrival at PECLA and the Morning Shift event officially ends at 12pm. Please arrive at the starting point with enough gas and electric charge and the return drive to San Diego is on your own or stay and have brunch at Restaurant 917 or give the Simulator Lab a try. Sunday, June 11th

Pre-Registration is required (only the driver needs to register). If you are a PCA member and will be driving a Porsche, you're eligible to register for this convoy .... however ... failure to pre-register will result in attendees not being permitted to join the convoy and being asked to leave. You must sign the waiver to receive your wrist band in order to drive with the PCA SDR convoy group.

The convoy will start from Starbucks at the Carlsbad Premium Outlets located at 5620 Paseo Del Norte, Carlsbad. From there, we will drive 5 North for about 46 miles. We will then take the 405 North for about 36 miles. We will exit #36 on S Main St and turn left. Continue on S Main St and make a legal U-turn to get in line to enter PECLA.

Please do not rev your engine, speed through the area, do any burn outs, play loud music, drive wreckless, Tokyo drift, race, etc. You'll be representing PCA SDR and we don't want something to happen where we can't host these events anymore.

05:30-6:00 Meet/greet - check in and sign the PCA paper waiver (Speedwaiver NOT required)

06:00-6:15 Mandatory Drivers meeting (If you miss the drivers meeting you will not be permitted to participate on the tour, so PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE!!)

06:15 … Tour Departs

07:30 … Arrival to get in line as it's first come, first parked
