Are you an AX OR DE instructor, but feel that you really could use some additional training?
Have you been driving awhile, and wonder what it would be like to instruct?
Do you know that instructing is a great way of honing your driving skills?
Instructing is also a great way to pitch in and lend a hand for your club!!!

FOR QUALIFIED PCA DE INSTRUCTORS SEE BELOW NO OTHERS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS SECTION
IF YOU HAVE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED THE PCA DE INSTRUCTOR TRAINING YOU ARE INVITED TO COME SPEND THE DAY ON THE TRACK WITH OTHER INSTRUCTORS. THIS WILL BE A RARE OPPORTUNITY TO ENHANCE YOUR DRIVING SKILLS WITH YOUR PEERS. THERE WILL BE EMS BUT NO CORNER WORKERS FOR THE DAY
WHEN THE INSTRUCTOR CANDIDATES ARE ON THE TRACK WE WILL PROVIDE THEM WITH MENTORSHIP

Event requirements
FOR PCA DE INSTRUCTOR CANDIDATES
1. An Autocross, Driver Education or Time Trial INSTRUCTOR and have NOT attended a PCA DE Instructor Training or
2. An Autocross, Driver Education or Time Trial INSTRUCTOR and HAVE attended a PCA DE Instructor Training or
3. You have participated in several Autocross, DE or Time Trials and ARE NOT an instructor
The PCA National DE Instructor Training is an opportunity to develop your skills as both an instructor and a driver.
Passing this one day program will give you the skills to be able to provide a safe, structured and teaching experience which will allow DE students to acquire a better understanding of vehicle dynamics and driving safety.
This Training day is June30, 2012 at the Fairplex Pomona track.
THE ONLY TRACK TIME WILL BE FOR TEACHING PURPOSES THERE IS NO DE BEING DONE - PLEASE DO NOT BRING A RACE CAR - a passenger seat is necessary
