Hi! I'm Shay Hoelscher, the PCA Driver Education chairperson, and it’s no secret that I love everything Porsche. It’s also no secret there’s another thing I love and that’s bringing new people into the experience of driving our wonderful cars at a race track.
I’m thrilled to announce that Pacific Raceways in partnership with the PCA / PNWR region is holding a day for women only on Friday, June 9th, 2017. This event is sponsored by Porsche Bellevue.
I invite all the women of the Porsche Club to come together at the Pacific Raceways and experience the thrill and exhilaration of driving your wonderful German machine at a race track.
This is a great opportunity to learn in a safe and controlled environment the skills to drive your car in the way that Porsche intended!

Event requirements
Each entrant must have their own account at Motorsportreg.com.
• It is important that you update your personal info and ALL vehicle information-Including Vehicle VIN numbers for all vehicles you will bring to track during the season.Your registration will not be accepted if your VIN numbers are missing.
Ground School - All first-time drivers at a PNWR DE event (or if over two years), regardless of experience at other tracks or clubs, must attend the ground school class. Please see the PCA/PNWR website for info.
Minimum age is 18 with a valid, non-restricted driver's license. We will check driver's license at check-in on day of event
Driving Club Member You must be a current member of PCA, Alfa, Audi, BMW, Corvette, Ferrari, Mini, PDC or Viper car club. Maximum of two drivers per car; must run in separate run groups.
Helmets - Snell rated SASA2010/M2010, or newer are required. SA2005/M2005 helmets will NOT pass inspection for any event this season. A limited supply of loaner helmets is available for a fee on a pre-reserved basis.
Tech Inspection - Every event will require a PreEventTechForm filled out within a 30 day window PRIOR to each event and presented at the tech line the day of the event. This Form should be completed by a certified mechanic or by the participant if he/she feels competent to do so.

Additional rollover protection is required for vehicles without stock protection from the manufacturer.
Payment - Online payment is mandatory. Your card will not be charged until we have confirmed your registration.
Confirmation – Your status and assigned car number can be viewed online at MotorsportsReg.com – Attendee List. You'll be listed as WAITLIST-NEW on registration. Once your registration is reviewed we will change your statust to NEW. After we have sorted assignments we will charge your credit card and send confirmation letter. Prior to the event, we will send a link to an online share point with track instructions, track map, schedule, and instructor assignments.
