The Washington DC Region of SCCA invites you to the 2026 MARRS Labor Day Spectacular Regional Race Weekend; September 5, 6, and 7, 2026 at Summit Point Motorsports Park presented by:
Radial Tire Company
The Washington DC Region has a long history of raising money for a local charity during the Labor Day weekend. This year we are proud to work with Rally 4 Vets and DVEN. Click on their logo to learn about this organization and the work they do for veterans.
Racing for Those Who Served: DVEN & Rally4Vets
Every day in America, roughly 22 veterans die by suicide. The Disabled Veteran Empowerment Network (DVEN) was founded to change that number — connecting disabled veterans, their caregivers, and supporters with VA benefits and life-saving resources dven, while playing an active role in reducing the veteran suicide toll.
DVEN's service dog program funds free service dogs for disabled veterans — animals that provide life-changing support for those battling PTSD, traumatic brain injury, and physical disabilities. dven Because each dog costs approximately $30,000 to fully train, fundraising events like this one are critical to keeping veterans paired with their four-legged lifelines.
Rally4Vets is DVEN's motorsports arm — a program purpose-built to harness the passion of the car enthusiast community in support of disabled veterans. dven Inspired by the American Legion's "Be The One" veteran suicide prevention campaign, Rally4Vets brings gearheads and veterans together through road rallies, car meetups, and its signature annual event: the Top Dog Championship® — a high-energy trackcross competition held on a genuine racetrack, open to drivers of all experience levels, no race car or race license required.
Your donation this Labor Day weekend puts service dogs in the arms of veterans who need them most. Rev your engine. Save a life."
Saturday and Sunday we will raise money via ride arounds, 007 rides, classic car rides, EV insurance, pole position donations and 50/50 raffles. Saturday we will have items available for raffle. If you are able to donate an auction item, you can contact Sherise at 301-775-0444. Giving back to those that have given so much for us!
