FIRST TIME APPLICATION:

• Complete all information in your MotorsportReg (MSR) profile
• Proof that you have successfully completed an approved competition driving school. For information on approved competition driving schools, please contact the Director - Licensing at racelicense@wcma.ca.
• Completed and signed Annual General Waiver.pdf or Annual Waiver - Parental Consent .pdf and Annual Waiver - Minor Participant.pdf
• A completed Self-Declaration Medical Form.pdf
• Your current year club membership card (unless you purchased your membership on MSR)

 RENEWAL:

• Ensure all information in your MotorsportReg (MSR) profile is correct and up-to-date.
• Completed and signed Annual General Waiver.pdf .or
• Annual Waiver - Parental Consent .pdf and Annual Waiver - Minor Participant.pdf
• A completed Self-Declaration Medical Form.pdf
• Your current club membership card (unless you purchased your membership on MSR).
