MAXIMUM 120 Tickets due to hall capacity. First come, first served bases.
ADVANCE PURCHASE REQUIRED because we have to commit well in advance for number of dinners. Don't assume you can get tickets at the last minute or at the door. If you do miss the deadline and want to attend or add people, contact executive@westcoastkartclub.ca
Buffet dinner will be served, plus door prizes, volunteer and mechanic of the year, club points championship trophies, and perpetual trophies will be awarded at this event. Come on out and enjoy an evening with your fellow racers, volunteers, officials, and families.
All welcome! ... You do not have to be a WCKC member to attend!
NOTE: No refunds for banquet tickets as we have to reserve seating, but you can assign them to someone else.
