Welcome to West Coast Kart Club! Membership renewals and new member intake are handled through MotorsportsReg.com (MSR).
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIPS
You can request/purchase your West Coast Kart Club (WCKC) – Greg Moore Raceway ANNUAL GENERAL or FULL ACCESS membership through MotorsportsReg.com.
Payment and final membership processing are completed separately through AlphaTiming (alphatiming.co.uk). After you submit your membership through MSR, a separate invoice will be emailed to you for payment via AlphaTiming.
Storage lockers / container units / Trailer parking cannot be purchased through MSR. If you are interested in track storage, please contact executive@westcoastkartclub.ca.
IMPORTANT — MSR + Waivers
All membership applications/intake (including renewals) are initiated through MSR — no exceptions. Our insurance carrier (Stoneridge) requires electronically submitted waiver forms, so we cannot accept or process paper waivers.
Annual General Membership
Important: A General Membership does NOT allow track use for Test & Tune sessions.
- $300 new member
- $200 annual renewal
- + 5% GST
Includes:
- Reduced race entry fees
- Free official practice days (the day before each WCKC Club Series kart race only — no race entry required to use the free practice day)
- Points and year-end awards in the WCKC Club Series Championship
- Voting rights at club meetings and the AGM
IMPORTANT: The only practice days included in the General Membership are the official practice days (the day before each WCKC Club Series race). If you want to practice on other days, you can purchase a One Day Driver’s Pass ($75) (restrictions apply — please see “One Day Driver’s Pass” on the WCKC website), or consider the Full Access Membership below. You may upgrade at any time by paying the difference.
Annual Full Access Membership
- $800 new membes
- $700 annual renewal
- + 5% GST
Includes:
- Track gate access
- Free open practice on weekdays and non-event weekends (subject to periodic track closures for special events and maintenance)
- Reduced race entry fees
- Free official practice days (the day before each WCKC Club Series kart race only — no race entry required to use the free practice day)
- Points and year-end awards in the WCKC Club Series Championship
- Voting rights at club meetings and the AGM

All memberships expire February 28, 2027.
Event requirements
Upon approval of your membership full access members will receive instructions on how to gain access to the facility through our electronic gate.

See signage at the track for additional Rules. Failure to comply with the Rules and your Membership responsibilities may result in Membership privileges being revoked without refund.
WCKC is a non-profit, volunteer operated recreational racing club - please take your responsibilities as a WCKC Member seriously! GMR was built by this club, and is there for you to enjoy only because of the ongoing volunteer efforts of its members.
