The Washington DC Region of SCCA invites you to attend our 2nd Novice Flagging & Communications School, Saturday, June 19 at Summit Point Motorsports Park.
Entry Fees: FREE! Spaces are limited to only 20 Flagging students.
Join us for the next Novice Flag School to learn how to become part of this exciting world of racing. Be close to the action and see how the Flagging & Communication workers are at the center of the track activities. No prior experience necessary, we train you everything you need to become part of the team.
Event requirements
Stuff to know:
1) Meet at the base of the tower at 7:30 am. Please arrive in time to check in and get settled.
2) First half of the day classroom, second half visit different corners
3) Lunch is included
4) You must be a member of SCCA - OR - a Weekend SCCA membership is included if you are not already a member. Please check the appropriate box on this registration form.
5) Please visit https://wdcrsccacr.speedwaiver.com/kgo to execute the event waiver. If you are already a member of SCCA and have a 2021 Anual Hard-Card Waiver, you do not need to use the electronic SpeedWaiver. All others must use the waiver (link above).
6) This event will be held with COVID-19 precautions. All particpants will follow safety guidelines and directions from event officials.
7) Please wear as much white as possible, and do not wear any red clothing.
