Volunteer workers for SVRA and Trans-Am
Friday - Sunday July 23-25, 2021
At this time I believed that entry to PIR will be through the Main Front Gate.
Also until I know a bit more, I believe they may have registration as they have in the past. At the big tent just outside the front gate to PIR.
VOLUNTEER WORKER REGISTRATION and sign in on Friday through Sunday will be at Registration in the parking lot adjacent to the front gate. Worker registration times will be Friday 6:30-8:30 a.m., Saturday 6:30-8:30 a.m., and Sunday 7:00-8:30 a.m.
CATHY FRASIER WILL BE FLAG CHIEF. I will be checking with her for the location of the morning meeting. I do know morning meetings on Friday and Saturday will be 8:45AM and Sunday will be 9:00AM.

CSCC will be providing lunches all three days,dinner on Saturday night and beverages.
