Entry Non-Refundable, unless the Event is Postponed or Cancelled. Fees will not be refunded for unattended events or DNS or DSQ

Follow all steps please!

Step 1) ALBERTA OFFROAD LICENCE - you must have an active licence to pre-register for the event. All non-memebrs must purchase a day license to register.

Step 2) RACE ENTRY - select your class and number. For day license riders, you will be issued a day license number manually by scoring, you will need to pick up your rider package and sign your waiver on race day at registration.

For riders racing both Kids Expert/Junior or Ladies Junior/Ladies Intermediate, please check both classes on the same entry form.

Step 3) MAKE PAYMENT - Complete your registration by making payment.

Step 4) RACE DAY - 

• 2025 license holders - you pre-entered; therefore, ride your bike with your helmet under the arch and line your bike up on the starting line during the registration time to receive/confirm your RFID scoring tag is working. Bring a fueling mat for the pits if you have one, to mitigate environmental spills.
• Day license holders - pick up your rider package and sign your waiver at registration, ride your bike with your helmet under the arch and line your bike up on the starting line during the registration time to receive/confirm your RFID scoring tag is working. Bring a fueling mat for the pits if you have one, to mitigate environmental spills.
