Welcome to the United States Road Rally Challenge 2023
The premier event of the RoadRally program of the Sports Car Club of America
The USRRC 2023 is hosted by the Philadelphia Region and the South Jersey Region. The 2023 CHALLENGE is to see which Rally team, in each of the four rally classes, is the best over three days of RoadRally competition. The weekend consists of three National level rallies. Two are National Course Rallies and the third is a National Tour Rally. Along side each National level rally, there is a Regional level LITE version of the rally.
LITE versions of the rallys do NOT count toward the overall USRRC points.

Teams entered in each of the USRRC Rallies will receive points based on their finishing position in their class in each rally. The points will be awarded in the same manner as points are awarded in the annual national championship. The teams accumulating the most points, in their class (E ,G,L or S) will be the USRRC 2023 Class Champions. Championship Jackets will be awarded to each to the champions.
The rallys will use a smart phone app for timing the contestants’ arrival at the checkpoints. The app uses GPS information from your phone to record your arrival time and will, within a tenth of a seconds, tell you how early or late you arrived. The app will also display your total score as you progress through the checkpoints. All contestants must have a cell phone with them for the rally. Cell phone signal strength is not an issue since you will download all the data needed to your phone prior to the rally. The app is free to download and use for competitors. Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and search Richta. Download the Richta competitor app.
If two or more ties occur in any class, all teams will be Champion of the class. The trophies will be given to the team with the least total points for the weekend. If the ties remains then the team who finished ahead of the other the most times will get the Trophies. If ties still exist a coin flip will be the determination.
The regional rallys will be held with a single class handicapped by equipment level. Select the appropriate level on the registration form, so that we can apply the correct multiplier. See the table below for multipliers. The regional rallys do NOT score points toward the National Level USRRC competition.
