Tour of RK Motors & Hendrick Heritage Center

On Saturday, March 21, 2020, the Triangle sections of the MBCA have arranged for tours of several automotive facilities in the Charlotte area. At 10:00 AM, we will gather at the showrooms of RK Motors, 5527 Lakeview Road, Charlotte 28269, to tour their inventory of classic and performance collector vehicles as well as the private collection of founder Rob Kauffman, which includes the LeMans-winning Ford GT40. https://www.rkmotors.com

After lunch, we will tour the Hendrick Heritage Center, 4400 Papa Joe Hendrick Blvd, Concord 28027. The tour starts at 1:30 PM, which houses the private collection of Rick Hendrick automobiles and guitars. Adjacent to the Heritage Center is the Hendrick Motorsports Museum and Team Shop, which is open until 3:00 PM. The tour of the Heritage Center involves a donation of $25.00 per person to the Hendrick Foundation, a charitable organization. The tour is limited to 60 persons, so register early. Registration ends March 15, 2020.
