Event requirements
All attendees will be required to sign a waiver. If you would like to fill out your waivers before reaching the track, you can print waivers (IN COLOR - WAIVERS CANNOT BE SUBMITTED IN BLACK AND WHITE) from our website at the following links:
Annual Minor Waiver (must be notarized) - ALL 2024 ANNUAL MINOR WAIVERS HAVE EXPIRED, YOU WILL NEED A NEW ONE FOR 2025
Adult Daily Waiver (only one adult can sign per printed waiver)
ANNUAL TECH INSPECTION!
Skip the lines and cut down on race day paperwork by filing just one tech sheet to receive a 2025 season tech sticker. Click the link below to print a copy. Reminder: It is the responsibility of drivers/guardians to periodically check all safety items listed on the tech inspection form throughout the race season and present a safe race kart for all track sessions. Gateway Kartplex reserves the right to pull a competitor’s tech sticker at any time for safety violations. Event tech inspection forms will still be available in person on race days for drivers who do not want an annual tech sticker.
