Join us for this year's Stick and Paddle DE at HPR. 

Our charities for the DE will be the Center for the Arts, Evergreen Capital Campaign funding a new community art center in Evergreen and The Lung Cancer Colorado Fund.

Saturday Dinner is being generously provided by Chris Macarak of On-Site Tires. Please RSVP so Chris can plan accordingly.

This Event will be using Deferred Billing, if you are paying with a credit card it will not be charged until Tuesday, May 1, 2018.

Date:     May 5 & 6, 2018

                    Gates open at 7:00 AM Friday morning before the event and remain open until after the event ends on Sunday

                    Registration:  7:00 AM to 8:00 AM Saturday and Sunday

                    Mandatory all drivers’ meeting at 8:00 AM,(each day) first time drivers' meeting following the drivers' meeting. (each day) Please register before the 8:00 AM meeting.

Location:   High Plains Raceway, 17 miles east of Byers on US-36 (Deer Trail)

                     Either day:        Each Driver:  $190.00

                     Both days:        Each Driver:   $300.00

Event requirements

National PCA membership number and membership status will be verified as part of the registration process.  If you do not include a valid PCA membership number (or forward a pending membership confirmation from PCA to the registrar), a $10 non-member fee will be assessed.

You must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license to participate in this event.  Your driver's license will be checked at registration!

You need to have a Snell-certified SA2010 or M2010 or newer helmet.  You will need to wear long pants (made of natural fibers) and an all-cotton short-sleeve or long-sleeve shirt and closed toe shoes while driving. Helmets will be checked at Pre-Tech or Tech at the Track.  Your helmet will need an RMR/PCA sticker. A limited number of loaner helmets are available.

No convertibles or open cars without roll bars, trucks, or non-Porsche SUVs.

We cannot accommodate two (2) driver cars if both drivers are novice drivers and attending their first DE event.  Also, three (3) driver cars are not allowed.

Attendance at RMR DEs at HPR will be limited to a total of 135 drivers per day, including up to 30 Novice and Beginner drivers depending on the number of Instructors registered.  To implement this, everyone registering for the DE will be listed as ON HOLD, subject to CONFIRMATION BY THE CDIs.

Your priority in being confirmed for an event will depend on the date and time you register.  When an event fills up, further priority will be given to PCA members.

If you do not have your car pre-teched there will be a $50 fee for Tech at the Track.

Lodging is available in Byers at the Longhorn Budget Host Motel  contact # 303-822-5205.

 Lodging is also available at The Inn at The Feed Store.  Rates in the original suites are King $129 and Queen $119.  Rooms have a private bath and a continental breakfast is included. Rooms in the Back 40 are King $99, Queen $89 and Bunk $39.  Rooms share a bath and the continental breakfast is included. Rooms are also available in private homes.  Rates are $80 single and $95 double.  These are either a shared or private bath.  A continental breakfast at The Inn at The Feed Store is also included.  Contact Roberta Roth 303-822-5625 at Byers America or email byersamerica@netecin.net  for more information or reservations.  Credit cards are charged at time of reservation and there is a $25 cancellation fee.
