This event is hosted by the International Race Drivers Club at Pacific Raceways under sanction by the International Conference of Sports Car Clubs – ICSCC
We appreciate your help and support with putting on this and all of our events. If you are able to assist at the track on either day please sign up.
There will be:
- Lunch provided each day
- Social and Dinner Saturday night
- NEW FOR 2026! Additional options for volunteers who travel 60+ miles (one-way)
Volunteers traveling 60 miles or less
- $15.00 per day mileage reimbursement
Volunteers traveling over 60 miles but under 100 miles
- Must work both Saturday and Sunday to be eligible
- Saturday hotel accommodations (double occupancy) + $30.00 mileage reimbursement
- or
- $70.00 mileage reimbursment (no hotel)
Volunteers traveling over 100 miles
- Must work both Saturday and Sunday to be eligible
- Saturday hotel accommodations (double occupancy) + $60.00 mileage reimbursement
- or
- $120.00 mileage reimbursement (no hotel)
All volunteers who would like the hotel option must sign up by April 30th!
Note: Volunteers must sign up on MSR to be eligible for travel reimbursements. Anyone who receives more than $600 in cash payments for the year will need to have a W9 on file.
