Get your cars prepped, dust off your gear, and let’s start the 2027 season off right. Unique to this event, we kick things off on Friday with an exclusive Test-n-Tune and our specialized Driver Orientation program to get you up to speed before the racing begins. Each race group features multiple races over the weekend plus qualifying, providing plenty of glorious track time to shake off those winter blues! Cards are charged immediately upon hitting submit.

📅 CRITICAL RECOGNITION DEADLINES (Don't Pay More!)

• APRIL 22 🐦 Early Bird Cutoff: Last call to score the lowest possible pricing on all race packages!
• APRIL 29🐌 Drop the stamps: Do NOT mail paper forms after today. Contact the Registrar and Hand-deliver completed hard copies directly to the track instead!
• MAY 2 🔒 Discount price ends and online registration closes! 
• MAY 3-9 💸 Regular registration rate goes into effect. To register now you must contact SOVREN Registrar Sherri Masterson (and yes, prices will increase!). At track walkins are accepted, please have a paper form competed.

📝 POLICY & CREDENTIAL REMINDERS

• Credential Check: Even if you pre-pay, you MUST hit the on-site registration building first to grab your official event credentials before entering the paddock. No credentials, no entry!
• Paper Entries: TBD. If you miss the April 30 mail cutoff, contact the registrar directly and bring your completed hard-copy forms straight to the track.
• SOVREN Cancelation / Refund Policy: SOVREN will NOT issue refunds for online entries. Instead, MSR utilizes a third-party insurance company to handle cancellations. During checkout on MSR, you must choose either “Accept Coverage” for a small fee or your entry fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • How it works: During checkout on MSR, just before completing your entry registration (charging your card), you will see the exact cost for cancellation insurance.
  • Your Choices: You must click one of two options:
    • “Accept Coverage” for $XX (protects your entry fee if you have to cancel).
    • “Decline Coverage” for no refund under any circumstances if you cancel.
  • The Cost: . This is generally cheaper than SOVREN’s old refund policies!
  • Exceptions: This third-party insurance is not offered to Paper Entries (manually keyed by the registrar) or drivers with Canadian addresses. These entries fall under a separate cancellation policy.

🔰 DRIVER ORIENTATION: THE NEW DRIVER PROGRAM

New to Vintage racing or fresh to SOVREN? This program is for you! We know many of our incoming drivers have years of racing experience under their belts in other clubs, circuits, and venues. This orientation gives you the inside track on how SOVREN approaches classic Vintage Racing concepts, our on-track rules, and what it means to race in the true "Vintage Spirit."

📋 Who Qualifies for Orientation:

• The Novice Driver: Racers who have just completed their competition licensing process. (Note: All new drivers must have previous lapping/track-time experience prior to entering the orientation program).
• The Seasoned Outsider: Very experienced drivers who are brand new to SOVREN or Vintage concepts.
• The Returning Veteran: Drivers coming back to active competition after being away. (Note: Returning drivers must obtain current lapping/track-time experience before joining the orientation program).

🛠️ What You Need to Bring:

1. A fully prepared, track-ready race car.
2. A current competition license OR an accredited racing school certificate.
3. A current, completed physical medical form.

🏫 Pre-Season Schooling & Licensing Requirements

To enter the orientation program, drivers must complete an accredited driving school. Acceptable programs include:

• ProFormance Racing School: Offering targeted pre-season licensing dates on March 20–21, 2027 and April 23–24, 2027. Contact the school directly to secure a slot or to check other available dates throughout the year.
• SCCA Novice Schools 🏁
• ICSCC Novice Schools 🏁
• Any other fully accredited racing school program 🏎️
