We will be supporting Toys for Tots - We Welcome Your Participation-Please Bring an Unwrapped New Toy for a Child
Raffle Tickets will be provided to those who donate a toy for Toys For Tots
Reception: 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM (Open Bar, Beer & Wine)
Dinner, Awards & Raffles 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM
Shenandoah Region Members & Guests: $75/Person
Children (12 & under): $50/Person
We Cannot Accept Walk-ins Due to a Final Headcount Required 4 Days Before the Event
The Shenandoah Region is charging our actual cost this year. With rising costs, we must charge the true cost of the event this year.
Bottles of wine will be available for purchase during dinner. The price per bottle is $25 which includes tax and gratuity. Payment for the wine must be with CASH. Credit card payment will not be accepted.
Price includes entrees of Fried Chicken and Southern Style Hand-Pulled Pork BBQ with an Assortment of Old Fashioned Side Dishes, Hot Peach Cobbler a la Mode, Non-Alcoholic Beverages & Coffee

We Have a Maximum Capacity of 94 Guests. This Event Will Fill Very Quickly.
In Case of Cancellation due to Hazardous Driving Conditions, Details will be Posted on the SRPCA Website and Registrants will be Notified Via Email
