The Spinnaker in Sausalito offers a spectacular view of the San Francisco Bay, and the location is perfect for our members to explore Sausalito after the party. The committee has pre-selected seafood, poultry, and vegetarian entrees for our guests to pre-order from when registering online.
We have this unique opportunity to invite the Formosa Association of Student Cultural Ambassadors (FASCA), a group of forty plus Bay Area high school students to be performing for us at the party between 1:30 and 2:30PM. These kids are thrilled and looking forward of showing off their talents; they will be performing Gong & Drum, Lion Dance, Chinese Yoyo & Juggling, and Taiwan’s Aboriginal Cultural Dance.

An introduction of the FASCA -
The Formosa Association of Student Cultural Ambassadors (FASCA) Program in the USA and Canada since 2011. The program aims to build up connections between the second and third generation overseas youth, whose parents originated from Taiwan. The program includes: systematic training courses in local cities, volunteer projects in local mainstream society and community services. The program requires trainees to study and practice at the same time.
These elite high school students have been rigorously chosen out of 600 applicants in the Bay Area annually. In order to be FASCA members, the students must have and maintain at least 3.0 GPA, and be committed to 100 hours of community service each school year.
Your participation at our party will support these youth volunteers in earning the credit hours for their community services, and in gaining a competitive edge towards their college admission applications. As a token of our appreciation, our Section will arrange and pay for a chartered bus to ensure the safety of these young volunteers traveling from Milpitas to Sausalito and back.

Member Appreciation Holiday Banquet
Our Annual Member Appreciation Holiday Party is at the Spinnaker in Sausalito. Come and start the Holiday Season among friends and fellow auto enthusiasts while enjoying a sumptuous menu in a private dining hall, and the performance provided by (FASCA).
The event will begin at 11:00 am, our Board Members will greet you as you enter the facility and our private hall where you’ll receive two complimentary drink tickets.
Hors d'Oeuvres - Poached Whole Salmon on Display Mirror, Fresh Fruit and Cheese Display, and Antipasto Display with Prosciutto, Salami, Copacola, Mozzarella, Fontina, Olives, and Marinated Vegetables
At 12:00 noon, the lunch will begin. Staff will bring the dishes you pre-order online.

The Board will be presenting members who attend with their anniversary pins based on 5-year intervals from 2022. You’ll receive notification ahead of time if you are receiving a pin.
