Labor Day Weekend is coming, and what better way to start it off than with a First Friday Niter on September 2 running in the Santa Monica mountains? Guest rallymasters Tom and Lisa Gould have set up a fun to drive rally for you, taking inspiration from an FFN from the 1970s. The rally is mostly a tour, with a few timing traps thrown in for speeds and pauses. There are NO course following traps. The finish is IHOP, 5031 Kanan Rd, Agoura (Kanan at the 101 Freeway).
We are using the Richta GPS Competitor app for timing and scoring, with timing to the second. All checkpoints are listed in the route instructions, with a Restart after each one. The maximum penalty for this FFN is 3 minutes (180 seconds) per leg. Before you arrive at the start, please download the Richta Competitor app to your phone; it's a free download for Android and Apple devices. There is no need for additional timing equipment, your Official Time shows in the app!
