PADDOCK SET UP GUIDELINES
1) Member guests are strictly prohibited from setting up in the paddock before the official load-in time of 5 PM on the day before an event.
2) If a guest arrives at the track with a member for the Members track day before Load -in for the event, they must leave the track with their equipment by 5:00 PM and join the load-in line outside the gate.
3)Members may NOT hold paddock spots for non-members under any circumstances.
4) Members who have rented a canopy spot, pit-side parking spot, or trackside garage for a race event must set up on Wednesday or Thursday before the official load-in.
5) Members are not allowed to set up on the skid pad before official load-in begins.
6) All members setting up in the general paddock area must be prepared to rearrange or move their setups before or during the official load-in time. This is essential to maximize paddock space for all competitors.
MSR Houston and the race sanctioning body holding the event have the authority to request a setup move or adjustment.
PIT VEHICLE POLICY AND ENFORCEMENT
All motorized vehicles operated on MSR Houston property must be operated by a properly licensed
individual. Operators must possess a valid, unexpired driver’s license and present it upon request by staff or officials.
This policy applies to all motorized and electric vehicles, including cars, trucks, motorcycles, golf carts, ATVs, UTVs, pit bikes, scooters, e-bikes, and similar devices.
The only exception applies to underage drivers who hold a valid and unexpired competition or race
license and can present proof at the time of inquiry. Failure to comply may result in loss of privileges or
removal from the facility.
