Winter Challenge RoadRally

The Winter Challenge Rally returns with a 2 section format. Thus, the rally will end 1hr earlier. This is not a "trap" rally; it has a few thinking situations in Section 1, but these do NOT require extensive rally knowledge – just common sense. SECTION 2 is straightforward. There will be "brisk" sections along great Vermont twisty dirt/snowy roads while adhering to the prescribed speeds. Some legs (approx. 6) will have a slightly slower speed for 2wd cars.
