Hello SASC Members! This years SASC Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Sunday, November 16th, 2025, 2:00-5:00 pm.

Location: Calgary Sports Car Club ClubHouse - 4215 80 Ave NE, Calgary, AB

With 89 club members this year, we require a minimum 20% representation at the AGM per club bylaws (so 18 members attending or by proxy). Your attendance is very much appreciated and helps shape the club for the future. The existing meeting minutes from the 2024 AGM are posted on the SASC google drive folder.

The agenda will be as follows:

• 2:00-2:10pm - Welcome & Snacks
• 2:10-2:25pm - Presidents Report (Sean)
• 2:25-2:40pm - Solo 2 Report (Chad)
• 2:40-2:55pm - Financial Statement (Patrick)
• 2:55-3:15pm - Other Business (see below)
• 3:15-3:30pm - Break
• 3:30-3:45pm - Election of Executives & Appointment of Volunteer Positions (Sean & Chad)
• 3:45-4:15pm - Club Championship Awards (Sean, Chad, Patrick, Cole)
• 4:20-5:00pm - Q&A (Sean, Chad, Patrick, Cole)

Light snacks and non-alcoholic refreshments will be provided.

We would also like to encourage others to get involved with the club in either an executive capacity or steward capacity. The official positions are as follows:

Solo 2 Director (executive)

Safety / Sound Steward
Equipment Steward
Novice Steward
Grid / Workers Steward
Registration / Waivers Steward

There are also other folks who don’t hold an official position but are instrumental to the success of this club so getting involved is easy if you’re looking to do so in a more informal way.
