TRACK GATE FEE: ALL SPONSORS, PARTICIPANTS AND CREW WILL HAVE TO PAY $5.00 PER DAY GATE FEE IMPOSED BY THE TRACK. THIS IS IN ADDITION TO THE AHRMA GATE FEE. SPONSORS WILL ONLY PAY TRACK GATE FEE.

THURSDAY Move-In: In order for this move-in to run smoothly and in accordance with our contract, DO NOT arrive hours early than the apporinted time. The New Manager for the track has made it clear that AHRMA will NOT be allowed early entry! Given the limited staging space available, please arrive no earlier than 30 minutes of your appointed entry time in order to allow those that need to enter first to be staged in the appropriate area. The entry to the staging area is shared with neighbors; therefore, please be sure NOT to block their driveways.
If you arrive and the staging lot is overflowing, DO NOT turn in as it may be hard to get turned around. You must go to another location in a neighboring town to wait. There is a Walmart within 30 minutes of the track. (DO NOT park on the highway as this is subject to ticketing!)
Unlike prior years, the track WILL NOT allow an entry other than the below stated time; therefore, AHRMA respectfully requests that you arrive at below designated times based on your status.
2:00 pm Volunteers and Staff (Arrive no sooner than 1:30)
2:30 pm Sponsors (Arrive no sooner than 2:00)
3:00 pm all other participants. (Arrive no sooner than 2:30)

Camping: Yes, free, and showers. Electricity service is available. 110v $20.00/day, 30 amp $30.00/day & 50amp $50.00/day. First come first serve. Do not call for reservations.
Lodging: Oxford, Alabama has a variety of nice hotels, restaurants and shopping malls. Any of these should be within 15 miles of the track with easy access to I-20/Hwy 21 location of the track. There are no hotels in Munford.

BACK PROTECTOR REQUIRED
MUST PROVIDE Personal Medical Insurance Company & Policy Number. *AHRMA requires that every participant carry personal health insurance; it is wise to consult your individual carrier for coverage details. TRANSPONDERS ARE REQUIRED! To rent a transponder, please add it to the registration.

Before AHRMA issues a road race number, you must provide proof that within the past two years, you have competed with another road racing organization or have successfully completed a road racing school (please provide a copy of road race license or certificate).
