There will be four run groups for this event:

  1. Beginner          2.  Intermediate          3.  Advanced/Racers           4.  AHRMA Licensed Racers Only

Riders may be moved to a more appropriate class based on control riders’ observations.  Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate Side Cars for this one-day event.

Control Riders:  We are calling for volunteer control riders to work in one of the three non-AHRMA groups to circumvent potential rider problems as our Ambassadors. These volunteers will ride for free in the AHRMA run group. This will be first come based on qualifications until our volunteer control riders need is fulfilled.

Garages:  CMP has 24 spacious open-air garage bays available for rent.  AHRMA is renting these via MSR at a four day event rate of $340 ($85 per day).  *Note: Garages must be rented for entire duration of event.   Each bay measures 15′ by 25′.  20AMP receptacles and overhead lights in each bay. RESERVED HAULER SPACE.  The space directly across from your bay is reserved for your hauler.  DO NOT CALL CMP to Reserve.  These must be reserved thru this MSR event online.

Gas:  UPDATEvFROM CMP:  Wanted to give you updated fuel information for CMP. We have an operational pay-at-the-pump Sunoco fuel station with the following octanes:

93 Octane - $5.98

100 Octane - $9.98

110 Octane - $9.98

We also still have 5 gallon pails of 98 for $70 and 112 for $69.99.

Fuel pricing may fluctuate slightly due to the current climate, however I don’t expect it will change drastically before AHRMA’s weekend.

HELMET STANDARD: SNELL M2015 IS REQUIRED

BACK PROTECTOR REQUIRED

MUST PROVIDE Personal Medical Insurance Company & Policy Number.   *AHRMA requires that every participant carry personal health insurance; it is wise to consult your individual carrier for coverage details. Jones Birdsong Insurance offers AHRMA members an affordable Rider Accident Medical Plan, which, under competition situations, may offer better coverage than a person’s general health insurance. To purchase an annual plan, call 866.998.3864

TRANSPONDERS ARE REQUIRED! To rent a transponder, please add it to the registration.

Before AHRMA issues a road race number, you must provide proof that within the past two years, you have competed with another road racing organization or have successfully completed a road racing school (please provide a copy of road race license or certificate).
