REGISTRATION
November 24th is a hard deadline to register for this event. If you do not have a MortorsportsReg.com account, we strongly suggest you set one up, because we will ALWAYS be using MSR for future events. We will make an exception for this event, however. You can send payment ($60/person) and names of attendees to PCA-RRR P.O. Box 92113, Albuquerque, NM 87199 by November 20th.
PARKING Parking is available for $10/Car for Event Parking (6 hours max) and $30/car for Overnight Parking in La Fonda’s Underground Parking Lot.
STAY
For those wishing to stay overnight, La Fonda has provided us a special room rate of $129. Please contact hotel directly at 800-523-5002 or 505-982-5511, Option #1. CHARITY
The PCA-RRR Board has selected Locker #505 as this year’s holiday charity. Locker #505 is an Albuquerque-based Students Clothing Bank that provides appropriate school clothing to K-12 Greater Albuquerque Metro students in need. For more information on this non-profit, please visit locker505.org. Locker #505 has informed us they are in special need of NEW socks and underwear for their senior high school students. Therefore, we strongly encourage members to donate new, unwrapped packages of adult-sized women or men’s socks and/or underwear OR a check made out to Locker #505. A basket for donations will be located at the check-in desk upon entering the La Terraza Garden Terrace.
Event requirements
Only Roadrunner members may register for the Holiday Luncheon. The primary member may bring one guest. The first 120 registrants who indicate that they would like to participate will be confirmed.
