The annual Roadrunner Region Chile Cook-off is always a culinary delight.  Everyone brings thier favorite New Mexican red, green, or Christmas food creation.  The catagories include Best Green Chile dish, Best Red Chile dish, Best Dessert made with Chile, Best Appetizer with Chile, and a Peoples Choice award.  Winners of the best in each catagory are chosen by pinto bean vote.  Prizes await the winners.  Your hosts are club President Steve and Ann Waller.
