The wait is over, and the road back starts with our Drivers Club!

After months of repairs and improvements, we're excited to welcome our Drivers Club members back to experience the return of The FIRM's Phase I full road course! Be among the first to get behind the wheel and experience the restored pavement, the return of the banked turn and infamous esses, improved course connections, and an updated layout that brings back the features you've been waiting for.

This complimentary, members-only exclusive track day is our way of thanking you for your continued support and loyalty throughout the restoration process. We're also welcoming invited media representatives, journalists, and content creators to the facility throughout the day for our official Media Preview. There will be photography, filming, interviews, and scheduled media ride-alongs as we showcase the return of the full course ahead of our public reopening.

Registration: Advance registration is required - NO SAME DAY REGISTATIONS

All drivers must complete registration, attend the mandatory drivers meeting, and comply with The FIRM's standard vehicle and track safety requirements.

Photography and videography will take place throughout the event for media coverage and promotional purposes.

FREE for eligible Driver’s Club Members.

Member Additional Fees:
FIRST SESSION INCLUDED — Private 20-minute instruction session (*Required if this is your first Track Day/HPDE event ever)
$100 — Additional Driver Fee  (shared vehicle, maximum 1 additional driver per entry for non-members)
$35 — FIRM Transponder Rental
FREE— Link Your Personal Transponder
$25 — Passenger Fee (Must be 16 years of age+)
$25 — Helmet Rental (first come, first served)
FREE — Spectators are always welcomed and encouraged! Bring your friends and family to enjoy a day at the track!

OPEN TRACK DAY SCHEDULE
7:30 AM — Gates Open
8:00 AM — Vehicle Technical Inspection
8:45 AM — Mandatory Non-Member Drivers Meeting (includes course layout vote)
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM — Track Open (*When Half-Day Morning Sessions are offered - Your Track Day Concludes at 12:00pm)
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM — Lunch Break / Track Closed
1:00 PM – 4:00 PM — Track Open
5:00 PM — Gates Closed
Media and PR representatives will be on-site throughout the day. Scheduled media ride-alongs will take place from 10:15 AM to 12:00 PM and will be coordinated by The FIRM staff.

EVENT POLICIES

• Open Track Days run RAIN OR SHINE, unless The FIRM determines conditions are unsafe for track operations.
• If your plans change, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the event to receive an Open Track credit valid for 90 days.
• Driver-requested cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for cash refunds.
• Event dates may occasionally be affected by Private Track Rentals, facility operations, weather, safety concerns, or other operational circumstances. Registered drivers will be notified of significant changes or cancellations as soon as possible.

Required Tech Inspection Form: All drivers MUST complete and bring a printed Tech Inspection Form on event day. Required Tech Inspection Form found HERE

Insurance & Liability Notice: Participants are responsible for confirming track/event coverage with their personal insurance provider.

ADDITIONAL DRIVERS & PASSENGERS

• Sharing your vehicle with another driver? One additional driver may be added for $100.
  • Maximum of 2 registered drivers per vehicle.
  • Each participating driver must be properly registered.
• Passenger Registration — $25
  • Passengers must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Required waiver must be completed.
  • Approved helmet required.
  • Proper seat belt or safety harness required.

ON-TRACK ETIQUETTE

• We want Open Track to be enjoyable for everyone, regardless of experience level or vehicle.
• Passing is permitted only in designated passing zones with a clear point-by.
• Keep an eye on your mirrors and allow faster traffic to safely pass.
• Follow all flags and instructions from FIRM staff.
• Drive predictably and communicate clearly with other drivers.
• Our team is here to keep the day moving safely and help everyone get as much quality track time as possible.

WEATHER
Open Track runs rain or shine unless The FIRM determines that conditions are unsafe for track operations. If weather or another safety concern requires us to make changes to the event, we'll communicate with registered drivers as quickly as possible.

A FEW FINAL REMINDERS

• Motorsports and performance driving involve inherent risks. Drivers are responsible for their vehicles, equipment, and personal belongings while participating.
• We recommend checking with your insurance provider regarding coverage for track-driving activities, as The FIRM does not provide insurance coverage for damage to participant vehicles or personal property.
• All participants must follow The FIRM's Track Policies, Tech Inspection requirements, event waivers, flags and instructions from FIRM staff.
