Notes:
1. We will be using Motorsportreg for the member registration. There is no registratin fee to participate. However, participants will need to pay for the Automobile Museum admission ticket individually.
2. All participating members will be booking and paying for their hotel accommodations, Concert, as well as the meals as they occur. The designated hotel is the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino in Reno.Details Click here (See below on how to make a reservation for this hotel).
3. March is considered a rainy (snow) month in California and Nevada. The participating members are not limited to Mercedes Benz vehicles, and encouraged to drive any brand of all-wheel drive vehicle in case of snow chains are required by the Highway Patrol.

Can I stay at different hotel instead of Grand Sierra Resort and Casino, Reno?
Yes, since members will be booking their hotels/accomondations, Grand Sierra Resort and Casino is our suggested hotel, and our gathering place.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes, a registered member can bring guests, the more the merrier.

There is now a Block of rooms set aside for our group on Friday, March 25th, 2022,
March 25th, and March 26th. You must stay 2 nights in order get into this Block.
If you have already booked your rooms at the Grand Sierra Resort & Casino -in Reno, NV,
Please do the following.
Call this RES. number only: 1-800-648-5080 you must arrive on Friday, and
check out on Sunday. (Arrival at 3:00 pm and check out on Sunday by 11:00 am)
Give the Rep. at the Resort the Name of our group: San Francisco Bay Mercedes Club
The Guest room Block will only be held until Feb. 23rd. After that it will not be
possible to book rooms at the Group Rate of $134.00 per room per night. NOTE: (You can still make a RES. but it will not be at this Special rate after Feb. 23rd.)
There is a 13% tax added + a Resort Fee of $34.95 per room per night.
When you check in on Friday you have the option of removing the $1.99 (added automatically) for a Gratuity each night for the Cleaning Staff. You may add your own in cash instead. Tell them to remove it. Please call to change your RES. this week if possible...into our Block of Rooms. We may be near one another also. It is a HUGE Hotel.
