Event requirements
Driver Eligibility for the race: In accordance with the GCR.
Eligible Entrants for the Track Event: 18 years old or older. Must have a valid driver’s license issued in their state of residence. An SCCA competition license or novice permit is not required, but is acceptable. This TE is restricted to “Novice/Intermediate” drivers only. Prior experience with other “tracking” organizations is acceptable but must be verified by the Chief TE Driving Instructor prior to the event.
All participants must be SCCA members. You may purchase a weekend membership at registration.
All FARA races are open to SCCA entrants provided they register with FARA to do so. Please go to https://www.farausa.com/race-info/race-registration/ in order to register. If SCCA drivers register and race in the FARA races, SCCA insurance will NOT be in effect for the FARA sessions.
