The RSR will have it’s almost Annual Holiday Party at The Historic Holly Hotel on February 12th 2011. The Historic Holly Hotel is located at 110 Battle Alley; Holly, MI 48442 (248) 634 5208.
We have arranged for a private room on the second floor of the facility – there we will have a buffet style dinner. The menu is not quite complete; however, we anticipate meat, fish and chicken entrees with appropriate side dishes and desert. A cash bar will be provided by HHH. Between dinner and dessert we will enjoy a comedy show with professional comedians in the lower level of the building.
Timing is likely to be:
6:00PM - 8:15PM Appetizers and Dinner
8:30PM - 10:00PM Comedy Show
10:15PM - Desert and Drinks
RSVP, Guests of RSR Members, Neighboring PCA Regions
RSVP’s for the event will be accepted via the internet at MotorsportReg.com. There is a cost for this event of $40.00 per person for appetizers, dinner and dessert. The Club will pay for the cost of the comedy show for RSR members. All RSVP must be paid in advance.
RSRPCA members and their guests will have exclusive RSVP status through December 12th, 2010. Guests of RSRPCA members will be accounted in the total number of attendees in the RSVP; tickets for the comedy show will have to be purchased for an additional $10.00 per person.
After December 12th, 2010, RSRPCA members will not enjoy exclusive RSVP standing. At that time, RSVP’s will be expanded to include our friends in neighboring PCA Regions as well as their guests – SEM, MVR, MSR and WMR. These RSVP’s will be on a first come basis.
We are optimistic that participation in this event will be great. Please RSVP early!
