Dinner Choices with fingerling potatoes and vegetable du jour.

• Hanger Steak, grilled and finished with a chimichurri sauce
• Chicken Marsala wild mushrooms with marsala sauce
• Pan seared Scottich salmon, citrus thyme glaze, Pico de Gallo
• Prime Pork Chop and apple cider and white balsamic reduction
• Chicken Scampi, served with toasted garlic, lemon, parsley, white wine sauce
• Pasta Bolognese, tomato based vegetable meat sauce

Guest dinner choices will appear when the guest name is entered during the registration process.
