Invite you to join us for our Spring Fling Social at

Roosters Brewing Company in the Coop on Saturday, March 28th

***At this event, we will be having an interactive photo scavenger hunt!  Bring your camera or cell phone.  Details to be revealed at the event!  You won’t want to miss this one!***

When:  Saturday, March 28th for Happy Hour & appetizers from 6:00-6:30 PM, with a Buffet Dinner starting at 6:30 PM, and a No Host Bar. 

Location:  Rooster’s Brewing Company Layton in the Coop Event Center, 748 Heritage Park Blvd, # 102, The Coop Event Center,  Layton, UT 84041.

Parking:  Available behind the restaurant, on the street, or in the Davis Conference Center parking garage. 

Attire:  Casual attire and your IRPCA Nametag.

Menu:  Hors d’oeuvers:  Antipasto Platter with Cured meats, cheeses, olives.  Buffet dinner with three entrees:  Baked Chicken Milano, Applewood Smoked Brisket, and Roasted Salmon; Garden salad with housemade ranch or vinaigrette dressings; two sides: Roasted roots with honey vinegar & cracked pepper and Pepper Jack mac & Cheese; and Assorted Mini Desserts.
