Ready to take the next step track side? OTA's Instructor School is designed for experienced drivers who want to become confident, effective instructors. Learn proven coaching techniques, safety best practices, and clear in-car communication—all led by seasoned mentors in a supportive, high-performance environment. Sharpen your skills, give back to the community, and help shape the next generation of racers. 🏁
Upon successful completion, you will be allowed to instruct with us at our annual Time Attack school happening at the CTMP-DDT and upon further training / sign-off, also the CTMP-GP track.
Event requirements
Instructor School is open to passionate drivers ready to give back to the community. Future Instructors must have competed be registered for the OTA DDT School on May 2, 2026. If you’re enthusiastic about teaching others how to drive on track, this program will equip you with the coaching skills, safety knowledge, and communication techniques needed to become a confident, effective instructor—both in and out of the car. 🏁🏎️

Please note that this event is educational in nature and is not an "at speed" event, you are not expected nor allowed to lap the vehicle at pace.
